TEKUM delivers mechanical and electrical services to industrial clients across Denmark. From replacing motors and gearboxes to maintaining pump systems and electrical installations, their technicians work on-site across the country. Founded less than two years ago, TEKUM has grown to 125 employees and multiple locations – all while maintaining close ties to both customers and colleagues.
With employees working independently at sites across the country – often with very long between visiting a TEKUM office – communication had become a weak link in TEKUM’s operations.
“Some of our technicians might not see a colleague for days. It’s important that they still feel part of something – that they feel seen, informed, and included” says Theis Uldall Kylkjær, Sales and Operations manager and responsible for internal communication at TEKUM.
Relying on SharePoint or custom-coded systems would be too slow and inflexible for a business growing this fast. It was clear that TEKUM needed a smarter, faster, more user-friendly solution.
