Challenges before Ziik?

In a company where most employees are rarely at HQ, or even in the same region, maintaining a sense of unity and clear communication was a constant challenge.

"We have drivers working across the country and even in Sweden. Most of them don’t see the office, and that makes it hard to build a feeling of one shared workplace” explains Philip Egdal Schou.

At the same time, drivers needed easy access to important documents, from port codes to customer-specific loading instructions, directly from their phones.

Requirements for a new solution

  • Smooth logistics: Important updates, like the company’s recent move to a new HQ, was handled entirely in Ziik. “One single post with a read receipt was enough to get everyone on the same page. The move went really smoothly thanks to Ziik.” 
  • Zero friction: Poul Schou A/S has had no need to contact the Ziik support service after setup. Everything just works. “We haven’t had to ask Ziik for help even once since we launched. That says it all.”
  • Work and social balance: Two custom groups keep work updates and informal sharing in healthy balance. “We have two main groups: ‘Important Info’ for work updates, and ‘The Rest Stop’ for more social sharing. It keeps communication both clear and human.”
